1.) Sales Executive (B2C)
Locations: Warri - Delta and Benin - Edo
Responsibilities
- To maintain and grow sales and gross margin for the product range in line with company budgets and strategic plans
- To manage sales of the company’s products and services in defined geographical areas
- Prospecting for new sales and opportunities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources
- Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Requirements
- Minimum of HND in any field
- Min of 3 years cognate experience as a Sales Executive
- Well exposed to B2B and B2C marketing
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.

- Product and sales skill training to Merchandisers and promoters
- Training programs to Dealers and FSMs
- Creating localized Training Manuals on USPs
- Measuring and reviewing training effectiveness through NPS
- Conduct monthly merchandisers training in Nigeria
- Prepare Training materials.
- Conduct Red Camp training in Nigeria and West Africa
- Scheduling and organizing monthly merchandisers training and sharing of activity report to the management
- Improving the capability and mental skills of floor salesmen to improve sales and customer relationship.
- Red Camp evaluation and action plan.
- Market visit to evaluate FSM product knowledge.
- Monitor merchandiser’s performance and response to training
- Supervision of merchandisers activities both Lagos and Upcountry on daily basis.
- CE merchandiser and sales promoter training pan Nigeria
- Support NPI plan.

4.) AC Technician
Locations: Lagos and Ogun
Responsibilities
- Carry out repair and routine maintenance duties on equipment, building facilities and offices, building systems, grounds, and structures.
- Coordinate efforts with company’s contracted HVAC vendors to ensure company HVAC systems are functioning perfectly.
- Perform inspection, maintenance, repairs, and installation of air conditioning systems, including D.D.C. building control and pneumatic systems, cooling systems, refrigerators, ice machine, refrigerated water coolers, and similar equipment.
- Working experience maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and other related systems such as electrical systems, DX units, heat pumps, and chillers.
- Ability to work with manual or power tools and operate motorized tools.
- Strong knowledge of the methods, practices, test instruments, tools, and materials typically applied in repairing and servicing various refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and other similar equipment>
- Strong ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.

- Possess Primary / SSCE.
- 3 years and above working experience.
- Proven work experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Current driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.

- 2 - 4 years work experience
- Very good knowledge on Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Bootstrap, jQuery, UI, AngularJS, WCF and ASMX Services, Windows Services
- Experience with database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- Able to write SQL scripting, stored procedures, triggers, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Knowledge of current and expected changes in business that will impact on her/his preferred area of specialization.
- Relevant experience in Software Development and have skills in the use of Microsoft Visual Studio
