2025-26 Full Fees Scholarship by British Chambers of Commerce at UCL

If you’re passionate about urban planning but can’t afford the tuition, there’s good news. The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) has teamed up with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and The Bartlett at University College London (UCL) to offer a fully funded scholarship for the 2025–26 academic year.

   

This scholarship could cover your entire tuition fees for either the Urban Regeneration MSc or the Spatial Planning MSc — and it’s aimed at students who often face barriers to postgraduate education.

Who Can Apply?

This opportunity is for UK-based students with home fee status who want to study full-time at UCL in 2025–26. But to qualify, you’ll also need to meet at least one of the following:

  • Have a financial need (verified by UCL)
  • Be from a Black, Asian, or Minority Ethnic background
  • Belong to a Gypsy, Roma, or Traveller community
  • Have a disability
  • Be a care leaver
  • Hold care responsibilities
  • Be the first in your family to attend postgraduate university

You also must:

  • Be domiciled in the UK
  • Hold an offer to study Urban Regeneration MSc or Spatial Planning MSc full-time
  • Not have a Master’s or PhD from UCL or any other university
