Job Vacancies at Total Petroleum Ghana For Young Graduate Trainees

Total Petroleum Ghana PLC is seeking to develop the Ghanaian youth through training and capacity building. The Young Graduate Program targets fresh university graduates from the local universities. For the past 4 years, Total Petroleum Ghana Plc has successfully developed Twenty-One (21) Ghanaian young graduates through this initiative.

Context and environment

This innovative program is an eighteen (18) months training opportunity which consists of a twelve (12) month international exposure (subject to performance & improvement in the Covid -19 situation) in Total affiliates, within Africa, to discover one of its three main business lines – Commercial, Finance, Technical.

Candidate profile

We are interested in:

• Ghanaian candidates who have attained a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Honours’ Degree from recognized Ghanaian Universities within the last year and must have completed National Service.
• Candidates must not be more than 25 years.

Qualification Required & Experience

Degrees must be in the following disciplines:

• Mechanical Engineering, Degree in Laboratory Technology [Industrial].
• Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or related business fields
• Candidates with additional qualifications will have an added advantage.

In addition, candidates should have the following qualities:

• Intellectually curious and able to take initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication and analytical skills
• Team player and leadership qualities
• Must have a strong ethical awareness and orientation
• Highly adaptable to different environments
• Must also be computer literate
• Ability to speak French is an added advantage

1.) Stores Assistant

The successful candidate will operate the stores function as per QMS procedures. There will be responsibility for the day to day organisation and operation of the stores and security of spares, goods and materials contained in the stores.

Key Activities and Accountabilities:

Organise the operation and security of the stores.
Liaise with the Operations department and workshop supervisor with regard to activity levels and demands for operational equipment to ensure allocated resources are in place
Action receipt and issue of spares
Update the computerised stock control system daily showing transactions used to maintain a cost-effective level.
Undertake weekly stock checks.
Action the requisitioning of spares and consumables on a daily basis to maintain stock levels.
Encourage and develop inter-company / inter-base co-operation at all levels. Look at resource sharing thus enabling the region and the group to meet its contractual obligations.
Maintain an active participation in improving the quality and HSEQ management system and bring to the attention of senior management any HSEQ issues that requires their attention.
Participate and attend regular meetings to discuss operational base issues and share updates on latest company policies, structure, future plans, technologies and safety related topics.
Ensure general housekeeping is at a high standard for a safe, clean working environment and that COSHH regulations are observed in the area.
Maintain the filing system for stores documentation.
Liaise with internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved and liaise with manager on any concerns
Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest
Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes. Identify and report any deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorisation for any deviations from standard procedures
Actively comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and processes. Promote HSE awareness; take responsibility and be accountable for own safety and safety of others. Demonstrate the personal application of HSE procedures in daily performance and always follow the 10 Safety House Rules

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:

Degree in Supply Chain Management
Previous storekeeping experience
Basic knowledge of SAP or similar software package preferred

2.) Subsea Operator

The successful candidate will work within a team to assist under supervision with the preparation and running of subsea equipment offshore ensuring successful safe operations in accordance with Company procedures and thereby ensuring a quality service to client

Carry out subsea operations with team members ensuring safe completion of the operational task with prevention of technical issues in line with the Subsea Operating manual.
Undertake checks on all equipment for their compliance with Expro’s policies, standards and procedures and ensure they are technically correct for the operation being carried out
Attend and participate in tool box talks and planning meetings when required
May be required to work at onshore bases in the preparation and return of equipment.
Liaise with client’s representatives when required in a professional manner ensuring quality of service to client.
Liaise with offshore Supervisor, team members, and subsea operations department as and when required to ensure all aspects of the operations are discussed as required with the relevant parties to ensure effective communication to achieve safe operations and task completion.
Ensure completion of required documentation for company procedures, processes and specific client’s requirements.

The successful candidate will supervise a team to undertake the preparation and running of subsea equipment offshore ensuring successful safe operations in accordance with Company procedures and thereby ensuring a quality service to client.

Supervise subsea operations, working with team to ensure safe completion of the operational task with prevention of technical issues in line with the Subsea Operating manual.
Ensure checks are carried out on all equipment for their compliance and are technically correct for the operation being carried out
Ensure that well site support requirements are planned and executed as required to facilitate continuous operations
Carry out and ensure participation from team in tool box talks and planning meetings when required.
May be required to work at onshore bases in the preparation, return of equipment and report preparation.
Liaise with clients representatives and participate in meetings and discussions as required in a professional manner ensuring continuous quality of service to client.
Ensure completion of required documentation for company procedures, processes and specific client’s requirements.
Actively mentor subordinates to share knowledge to assist with their competency progression when required.
Work with colleagues and Supervisor to complete required competencies for current and next role.
Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest..

5.) HSEQ Advisor

The successful candidate will promote safe, responsible and compliant operations throughout the area of responsibility, assisting managers to ensure that HSEQ methods and systems are implemented, used consistently and monitored regularly and to provide support to managers and employees in relevant HSEQ matters.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

Where necessary acts as the focal point for all HSEQ matters in area of responsibility including the provision of advice on relevant legislation; may liaise with government and other external bodies as required including the award and/or maintenance of external certification.
Ensure compliance with Expro HSEQ methods and systems in the area of responsibility to ensure consistency of approach and understanding of goals
May assist to identify local HSEQ methods and systems as necessary
Support managers in the delivery of HSEQ targets and goals to ensure continuous awareness and improvement of key HSEQ areas
Explain HSEQ policies, standards and directives to managers and employees and suggests appropriate training as necessary
Assist in the creation and review of risk, manual handling and COSHH assessments; may maintain the emergency response plan including requirement for drills and training in area of responsibility
Ensure accidents and near misses are reported, investigated and effective corrective action taken and closed out
Ensure non-conformance reports (PIRs) are raised, investigated and effective correction action taken and closed out
Monitor HSEQ performance and supports managers to comply with reporting requirements including Etrak reports, KPIs, planned HSE inspections etc; assist with effective dissemination of relevant HSEQ information to relevant parties; update systems with information as required.
May be responsible for HSEQ input to bids as required.
Provide HSE and Quality training including HSEQ induction training for new hires and contractors
Arrange and contribute to safety and quality meetings within the area of responsibility.
Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:

Degree in Environmental Science
Professional Qualification in HSEQ, NEBOSH or its equivalent
Experience in an HSEQ environment
Understanding of HSEQ management systems
ISO 9001, 2015 or APIQ2 Lead Auditor Training for Qualify Management System Certification is an added advantage

He must have worked in a similar position for at least eight (8) years in a reputable E&P Company.

Qualifications and Required Competencies

Minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Nursing or Occupational health with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division. A Master’s degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience In the oil industry with a proven track record of nursing, occupational health and Safety management.
Must be a registered or licensed Nurse
An experienced Occupational Health Nurse

Must be a licensed professional engineer
Experience in relevant and required electrical software

Monitor and ensure efficient performance of the electrical and electronic systems

Minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)/Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree In a core engineering discipline, Business Administration Economics or other science related disciplines,

At least ten (10) years of relevant experience In Gas Engineering and sufface facilities,

Prepare and develop process flow diagrams for gas process facilities and platforms, check list and verify red line mark on P&lDs as well as Identify tie- in point for different equipment.
Perform flash calculations and verify system capacities with HYSYS software and determine temperature and pressure design parameters for process system, API 14C compliance report.
Review and update design basis report to the current system P&lD, process input to data sheet, line and equipment sheet.
Prepare fire water piping and instrumentation diagram, Pressure Relief Valve Sizing Calculations as per API 520 and 526.
Preparation of equipment validation report, sizing of pumps and line to determine velocity pressure drop and design parameters.
Design pumps and other systems necessary for efficient flow of wells,
Installation and maintenance of gas pressure control equipment.
Ensuring safety procedures and metering standards are maintained and strictly followed,
Participating In field development planning for gas development, gas negotiation, sales and marketing.
Must not be more than 50 years of age.

High aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

Minimum Knowledge and Experience:

Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
Oversee daily operations of company’s business.
Drive company’s expansion activities, Investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.
Lead and manage the team of highly qualified and experienced heads of departments and other professionals to maximize growth and profitability of the company.
Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
Write and submit reports to the Board in all matters of importance.

An in-depth knowledge of technical and operational practices and principles of drilling, completion and work-over processes and development planning.
Must have working knowledge of commonly used and relevant drilling, operations and production management software.
Ability to prepare work schedules and comprehensive drilling plans to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Must be capable of working seamlessly with geo-science, production and reservoir groups in executing drilling/operations engineering solutions.
Must be capable of providing commercial solutions that deliver optimum hydrocarbon value chain.

Minimum Knowledge and Experience:

Plan, organize, coordinate and manage the overall implementation of Company’s drilling and well completion operations and plan.
Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot major drilling and completion challenges, Coordinate all drilling and completion activities, ensuring that design and well activities are optimized.
Steer resource planning to ensure activities are executed within agreed timelines and budgets.
Coordinate the preparation of testing/completion programs, including equipment specification and selection as well as flow assurance modelling, and stress analysis etc. for planned jobs.
Provide continuous drilling rigs forward activities forecast and requirements as related to drilling and well completions.
Prepare short and medium term revenue forecasts based on projected completion activities for each fiscal year.
Manage Company’s HSSE policy and procedure as related to drilling and well completions.
Responsible for directing the execution of appropriate procedures for well drilling projects,
Prepare cost estimates and controls for drilling and completion activities.
Must be capable of applying operational, engineering and management principles to resolve problems, Including optimizing drilling, completion, work-over, supply chain, logistics, planning and scheduling activities,
Provide immediate and effective solutions for operational continuity, equipment malfunctions and other onsite problems.
Must have experience in field development plans, execution and management.
Liaise with project partners, such as geoscientists and drilling contractors etc, in order to keep Op-to-date on all developments that may have an impact on drilling and well completion activities.
Ensuring that drilling and well completion operations comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, with respect to health, security and safety and emergency procedures.
Must have a proven ability to plan / lead projects and must be able to work under pressure.

The Planner is responsible for planning and organizing the daily/weekly/monthly maintenance activities

related to CMMS work order generation. Acts as the coordinator during the shutdown activities.

Planning

Providing detailed job plans that insure safe and efficient execution of all maintenance jobs
Follow management of change process if new materials are required for job completion
- Ensure BOM linked to assets BOM and spares and inventory linked to BOM
Managing the work notification and work order backlog by:
- Returning and challenge incomplete or poorly defined service requests
- Reviewing backlog and planning list
- Grouping service requests together that can be planned and worked as a single order
Coordinating with operations, well engineering and subsea to insure job plans meet the timing requirements
Developing or copying the work order job plan and clearly documenting required skill crafts, duration, specialty tools and necessary equipment or other resources and services
Tracking purchase order for necessary components
Building the job plan and task library, including ensuring accurate plans exist for high-frequency jobs
Continually updating job plans to ensure necessary changes or improvements are incorporated, and efficiencies are captured
Monitor and review feedback information on job plans for completeness

Scheduling

Facilitating weekly scheduling meeting (Maintenance T+1, T+4, 28days) with all stakeholders
Developing weekly schedules (T+1 and T+4) based on negotiated operations priorities and current business environment to optimize the use of core teams and POB available resources
- Ensures appropriate scheduling logic including amount of preventative maintenance work vs. corrective work
Publishing and updating daily and weekly schedules to affected work groups
- Adjusting schedules to accommodate changing operations priorities or available resources (actual redirection of resources done by maintenance supervisor generally as this person ends up scheduling the craftsman)
Responding to and participating in the timely execution of critical priority jobs
- Assists operations in the re-alignment of schedule based on process needs and the current business environment
Monitoring and tracking weekly schedule compliance, and publishing results through KPI reports

Providing reports on resource utilization and providing input into any POB or staffing changes that may be necessary based on historical trends and forecasts

Qualification & Experience

HND in (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) – Desirable
Bachelor’s degree (optional)
5 -10 experience in Oil & Gas
Previous experience in a similar role is recommended.
Adequate craft knowledge and skill to accurately estimate labor hours, material requirement and skills needed to complete a job (Mechanical, Electrical background dependent on the discipline allocated to the position)
Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
In-depth knowledge and understanding of maintenance processes and proper use of the work order system, planning and scheduling within the CMMS software
Knowledge of the supply chain process in the CMMS software

Job Description

Within the Support Services Division, the Administration and IT Services Department coordinates all matters pertaining to administering and providing services to the Secretariat including managing the building and its offices; and to handle office services, conference services, travel, documents and visa; communication and logistics; office supplies and documentation; security; safety and parking; and to furnish IT infrastructure facilities and support.

Objective of Position

The Head plans, organizes, coordinates manage and evaluate the work of the Administration and IT Services Department in accordance with the approved medium term and annual work programmes and budget of the Department so as to optimize its support to the Secretariat in achieving its overall objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, coordinates, manages and evaluates the work in the Administration & IT Services Department by providing services to the Secretariat relating to:
- The building, offices and the residence
- Procurement, office supplies and printing services
- Travel, hotel, visa arrangements, removal of personal effects, legitimation cards, license plates;
- Logistics for all meetings and entertainment functions;
- Transportation, inter-office mail delivery and kitchen services;
- Security, safety and parking;
- Computer network facilities: email, internet, printing
- Telecommunication system
Works closely with 1) Data Services Department, IT Development to ensure that adequate hardware and software are implemented for the smooth functioning of their programs, and 2) Finance & HR Department to liaise the smooth transition of incoming / outgoing staff.
Ensures full responses to requests by the Conference, Board of Governors and standing committees for studies and special reports relevant to the work program of the Department.
Arranges presentations at relevant OPEC meetings and international forums representing the Secretariat as required.
Develops and maintains networks with external experts and institutions in fields relating to the work of the Department.
Keeps the Director, Support Services Division fully informed on all aspects of the work of the Department, and draws his / her attention to important analyses performed by it.
Evaluates the performance of the staff of the Department, and recommends to the Director, Support Services Division of staff development, salary increase, promotion and separations as appropriate.
Ensures that the staff of the Department receive the supervision and guidance necessary to broaden and deepen their skills and continuously improve their performance.
Prepares the annual budget for the Department
Carries out any other tasks assigned to him / her by the Director, Support Services Division.

The Department

It identifies and follows up key areas of energy-related emerging technologies and research and development (R&D), facilitates and supports planning and implementation of collaborative energy-related R&D programs of Member Countries, as well as identifies prospects for OPEC participation in major international R&D activities.
It carries out studies and reports on developments in the petroleum industry, providing effective tools for carrying out model-based studies of analyses and projections of energy supply/demand and downstream simulation.
It elaborates OPEC Long Term Strategy and monitors, analyzes and reports on relevant national or regional policies (fiscal, energy, trade and environmental), assessing their impacts on energy markets.

Objective of Position:

To study and analyse developments in the refining, petrochemical and oil transportation/distribution sectors;
To assess the implications of technological advances, environmental policy and other relevant developments for the downstream oil industry; and
To conduct qualitative and quantitative studies on the medium to long term outlook for the downstream oil sector; to contribute to the World Oil Outlook.

Main Responsibilities

Studies and analyses developments in refining, petroleum product quality specifications, products trade, crude and products transportation, petrochemicals, downstream investments.
Studies and assesses the technological, environmental, political and other relevant developments for the downstream oil industry and assesses their implications.
Coordinates data gathering and data treatment required for conducting studies and analyses on the above subject matters.
Contributes to maintaining and running the downstream models.
Contributes to the World Oil Outlook.
Contributes to and delivers speeches, articles and presentations at internal meetings and various international forums.

The Department

The Data Services Department collects, retrieves and provides statistical data as support to the research and analytical studies in the other Research Division Departments and other activities of the Secretariat.
It also develops up-to-date IT applications and database systems, and provides specialized relevant documents and references.
The Department has the responsibility of a central, timely provider of reliable up-to-date data, documentation and information pertaining to oil markets in particular and energy markets and related issues in general as well as rendering IT development services.

Objective of Position

To assist the Head of Data Services Department and to coordinate, supervise and carry out statistical activities, to manage and guide staff assigned to the Statistics Group in identifying, collecting, storing and retrieving statistical data for the Secretariat and in providing statistical assistance to researchers in the Secretariat;
To carry out statistical research in energy, oil and economics related projects and other administrative tasks relating to the Group.

Act as contact person for the operations of the company in Lagos State
Liaise with regulatory authorities and apply for all necessary permits on behalf of the company
Liaise with clients on behalf of the company
Maintain positive business relationships with the company’s clients and vendors
Procure materials, office stationaries and sundry items required for the company’s operations
Prepare regular expense reports and forward to the administrative headquarters
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

A Tertiary qualification (B.Sc / HND)
At least 2 years experience in similar job role preferred
Must be resident in Lagos metropolis, not outskirts of Lagos
Familiarity with regulatory authorities such as DPR and NIMASA
Knowledge of the three main local dialects in Nigeria would be an advantage

2.) HSE Fire Watch Officer

Location: Offshore, Nigeria
Contract type: Temporary Work Contract

Job Description
Here are the basic responsibilities of a fire and safety watch:

Watch out for fire hazards in the workplace while work is performed by other employees.
Read and understand the PTW requirement and ensure all personnel involve in the task also do
Maintain the conditions and requirements stated on the safety permit.
Keep flammable materials from ignition sources.
In the event of fire, extinguish it immediately or turn a fire alarm on.
Call the emergency alarm number.
Stop operations if you find any hazardous condition.

Any condition in the workplace, whether usual or unexpected, determines your basic duties as a fire or safety watch. Some of them are the following:

Make sure you and other employees are aware of the exact location of firefighting equipment in the immediate area.
Maintain constant means of communication.
As much as possible, keep visual and voice contact with other employees.
Before and during each shift, inspect the entire work area and look for potential release of flammable vapors or liquids.
Be prepared to operate fire extinguishers, hydrants, fixed monitors, and hose carts anytime.
Never leave the job site while the work is being done. If you have to leave, stop the job and notify workers that you are “standing-by-for”.
When all operations are done, do not leave the worksite unless you’re sure that there are no hot sparks, burning embers and other fire hazards. Return all fire fighting equipment to their original location.

Relevant trade certificate with a minimum 6 years’ experience
Good standard of HSE practice, values & principles

Profile
Abilities:

You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy
Strong MS Excel User, MS Access is a plus
Manage own time and the time of others.
Strong Presentation skill and ability to interpret data
Data management and analysis skill
Good communication skills (Written & Writing)
You will need excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English.
Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience, work experience in Project Admin, Project Asst & Planner roles is a plus

4.) Electrical Supervisor

Job Description
QHSE:

Must be and remain well informed of rules, instructions and procedures regarding QHSE.
Implements and ensures implementation of SPIE OGS QHSE rules, instructions and procedures.
Makes proposals for the continuous improvement of QHSE provisions.
Draws up noncompliance and/or observation reports when noting any malfunction or risk situation and transmits them to the local QHSE department.
Immediately alerts any person who caused a risk situation, on noting the occurrence of any such situation.
Adopts an eco-approach at all times in the exercise of his/her duties.
Alerts the line management when encountering any professional situation that does not comply with the principles and rules governing the carrying out of SPIE Group activities (Ethics Alert).

Operations:

Organizes the maintenance operations which are placed under his responsibility on-site,
Assists the planning team by giving any technical support for the preparation of the jobs in his discipline.
With his teams, assists any specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC),
Ensures that the COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to work permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility,
Manages interventions using the CMMS and checks intervention reports in the CMMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the technical reports related to his field,
Monitors the functioning of utilities and equipment placed under his responsibility,
Ensures that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within his teams, and actively participates in this himself,
Carries out, at the Maintenance Supervisor’s requests, any intervention within his field of competence.
Takes in charge the systems under his responsibility in case of breakdown until correct operation status.

Methods:

Identifies recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyses them and suggests improvements,
Keeps a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programs and, if need be, suggests improvements,
Warns support teams of any recurring problems related to the availability or quality of spare parts,
Suggests improvements and requests modifications.

Quality Assurance:

Verifies the quality of his teams’ interventions by frequent on-site checks,
Ensures that the members of his teams have the qualifications and skills required for the tasks entrusted to them and, if need be, suggests corrective measures.

Profile
The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years work experience in Electrical Maintenance
Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND) or higher qualification.
SAP experience and know-how
Basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment and thorough knowledge of equipment used in oil and gas installations
Must have knowledge of HV & LV power distribution and controls network, HV & LV motor drives and alternators, Inverters, HV cells, variable speed units, light networks, switch gears and Generators
Candidate needs strong leadership skills.
Candidate should work well under pressure.
Candidate should understand how to prioritize and plan work in a every changing and challenging environment.
Candidate should have experience in working in a multicultural environment.

5.) Lead E & I Commissioning Engineer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Contract type: Fixed-term-contract

Job Description
Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Engineering Preparation Phase:

As leader in his discipline, he is involved in the following tasks:

Prepare all the commissioning documents, including Operational Test procedures prepared by the Contractor.
Participate to the construction of the commissioning Database as per OPERCOM methodology,
Follow-up the preparation of pre-commissioning/commissioning dossiers.
Responsible to ensure that adequate care and maintenance /preservation procedures of equipment issued by vendors are being carried out during the different steps of the project.
Involved in Factory Test when they take place for OFP2 subcontracted packages and critical equipment.
Involved in witnessing of all the activities to ensure that they are compliant with the Company OPERCOM methodology.

Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Execution Phase (On The Yards):

Insure that the installation of the equipment is properly done with access for the maintenance.
Control the piping preparation / cleaning / drying is done in accordance with the Company requirements,
Participate to the meetings with the vendors
Be proactive to highlight any issue to the Project Management
Witness pre-com activities performed by OFP2 contractor and ensure that, for his discipline, each subsystem dossier has reached the “ready for Commissioning” and “ready for start-up” status with associated punch list.
Review the operational tests preparation done by Contractor for each piping equipment,
With the contractor, review the needs for consumable and temporary equipment required for the commissioning on shore and offshore.
Follow-up the punch list items issued by the Contractor and if deems necessary issue additional items which shall be recorded in the ICAPS system, and follow-up the clearance as per the OPERCOM procedure.
Liaise with the Commissioning Site Leader and the different Systems Engineers and his counterpart in engineering/construction Company team to coordinate his activities and make sure the progress is in line with the Project planning.

Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Execution Phase (Offshore):

To supervise the execution of commissioning of piping, To plan the mobilisation of the Vendors in accordance with the Project planning and the commissioning progress.
To monitor and to follow up the execution of offshore completion activities to achieve the commissioning safely and prepare a smooth hand over the Production team.
To validate the results of the functional and operational tests.
To manage the commissioning punch list, issue new items if necessary and follow-up the clearance as per OPERCOM procedure in close cooperation with the construction team.
