What Is the IUPALS Scholarship?

IUPALS (Italian Universities for Palestinian Students) began as a scheme for Palestinian scholars and is now part of a broader initiative run by the Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI) and Italy’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The 2025 call welcomes outstanding international students who have never studied at Parma before.
